  1. Booking process: Bookings can be made online through our official website or by contacting our administrative office during business hours. All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided upon successful payment.
  2. Payment: Payment for child care services must be made in advance through our online payment system. We accept major credit cards and secure online transactions for your convenience.
  3. Cancellation & refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Refunds or credits for cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be processed within 5 business days. No refund or credit will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled session.
  4. Minimum booking duration: The minimum booking duration is one hour for occasional child care services. Longer durations can be booked in increments of 60 minutes.
  5. Operating hours: Child care services are available Friday through Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm.
  6. Late pick-up fee: A late pick-up fee will be charged for each 15-minute increment or part thereof for children not picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time.
  7. Maximum hours: A maximum of 40 hours per child within a 30-day period is allowed for occasional child care bookings.
  8. Outdoor play and weather conditions: Parents are advised that our program includes outdoor play based on forest school principles. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for varying weather conditions.
  9. Health and safety: Parents must provide accurate and up-to-date health and emergency contact information for their child. Children with contagious illnesses or symptoms may be refused entry to the child care facility.
  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Ray of Sunshine Child Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
